IMC401: NEWSLETTER GUIDELINES

INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT (20%)

1.0 NEWSLETTER

Students are required to produce newsletter, not more than 10 pages (in
English), with a constructive and informative presentation. The content is
related to ICT, for example Computers, technology, software, gadget,
Topic hardware, systems, communication, computer knowledge, and others.
At the first page, must have your personal information, your interest and your
recent photograph.

The elements that should be included in your newsletter are as follows:

Description • Using Microsoft words

• Varieties of fonts (including its types, sizes, colors, and styles).
• Bullets and numberings
• Header and footer (different page or odd and even)
• Varieties of column formats
• Drop cap
• Different alphabetical case (e.g. lower case, sentence case, UPPER
CASE, Title case and tOGGLE cASE)
• Varieties of paragraph alignment
• Borders, text boxes and Shadings
• Footnote
• Insertion of clips arts, graphics, auto shapes and word arts
• Chart and table
• Present all the elements and features of Words that you have learned
in class.

newsletter templates.
