MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
STRUCTURE
This “MOBILE” axle jack can be manually moved to the required place of work.
The tank is a fixed part of the structure, but all other elements are removable.

THE JACK SECTION


The simple jack section comprises:
- A jack part which is screwed onto the base;
- A cylinder which is protected externally by paint and internally by chromium-plating;
- Telescopic pistons, also protected by chrome-plating;
- A phosphate approach screw;
- A galvanised support rest;
- Airtight seals

THE MOBILE BASE SECTION


At the rear of the axle jack there is a pivoting twin wheel piece to aid positioning.
At the front, there are one fixed wheel.

THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT


The basic version of the hydraulic circuit consists of:
- A pneumatic oil pump;
- A manual pump;
- A pressure limiter;
- An anti-backflow valve;
- A depressurisation tap

The hydraulic circuit uses oil (normally AIR 3520)

PAINT
The axle jack is painted with Skydrol resistant and solvent resistant paint.
The standard colour is orange.

OPTIONS

o Repair kit

TESTING
The tests are completed on a frame (which has a 200 tons capacity) in our workshop.
The axle jack undergoes:
- A vertical test: 1.5 times the recommended capacity
- A lateral test: 15% of the recommended capacity

Using these specifications, we test for leaks and mechanical problems.


We supply a test certificate and a certificate of EC conformity for every axle jack.
