MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
STRUCTURE
This “MOBILE” axle jack can be manually moved to the required place of work.
The tank is a fixed part of the structure, but all other elements are removable.
THE JACK SECTION
The simple jack section comprises of:
- The jack part which is screwed onto the base
- The cylinder which is protected externally by paint and protected internally by chromium-plating
- 3 telescopic pistons also protected by chrome-plating
- A phosphated approach screw
- A galvanised support rest
- Airtight seals
THE MOBILE BASE SECTION

It receives following welded pieces:

- A bottom cylinder
- A tank
- A wheel support
- An extension pump suport
- A bloc unit
- Two hand grip

THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

The basic version of the hydraulic circuit consists of:
- Two manual pumps (high pressure and low pressure)
- A pressure limiter
- An air filter for the pneumatic pump
- An anti-backflow valve
- A depressurisation tap

The hydraulic circuit uses oil (normally AIR 3520)

PAINT
The axle jack is painted with Skydrol resistant and solvent resistant paint.
The standard colour is yellow
TESTING
The tests are completed on a frame (which has a 200 tons capacity) in our workshop.

The axle jack undergoes:

- A vertical test: 1.5 times the recommended capacity
- A lateral test: 15% of the recommended capacity

Using these specifications, we test for leaks and mechanical problems.

We supply a test certificate and a certificate of EC conformity for every axle jack.
