Junior Field Executive – Grade-I (MRD)

(Fixed Term Employment basis)

Age Criteria Not more than 27 years as on the date of advertisement
Qualification MSc (Statistics) from a recognized University/Institution with excellent
computer skills on MS Office esp. Excel.
Experience Fresher
Language Good Verbal and Written communication in English

Overall Objective The primary objective of this role is to make available credible and clean
workable data in different formats for reports and presentations from
specified data resources and to prepare slides for presentations as required
from time to time.

Roles &  Collection of Import and Exports data from different sources
Responsibilities  Collation, Cleaning & Validating of the data as per set parameters
 Presentation of the data in MS Excel sheets in a predefined frequency
 Conversion of this data into PowerPoint Slides as per preset formats
 Preparation of report elements – Charts, Graphs data tables etc.
Skills  Working knowledge on MS Excel , MS PowerPoint, MS Word – Key
requirement
 Basic understanding of statistical and financials ratios, price trends, and
their graphical representation
 Basic understanding of Google search engine / web search / web based
tools
 Willingness to learn
 Energetic
 Analytical and Research skills
 Teamwork
 Creativity
Remuneration Shall commensurate with skills, experience and market trends

Job Location Current location is Vadodara. However recruit may be placed at any other
department/unit/depot of the company.
