These are some apps/sites I use to 5x my speed and output
•Carrd.co: Set up a landing page or portfolio in just 10 minutes. It's a great alternative to traditional CVs and provides
a professional-looking platform to showcase your work. Check out some examples on their site. Fully free.
•Playground AI: I have a ton of notes about various topics, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. I asked playground
(chatgpt with more customization) to create classifications and dividing them into categories. Saved myself a few hours
•Convertkit: Newsletters are best for communicating directly with your audience. Set up a form to start collecting emails
and build a connection fast. I integrated convertkit and carrd for a newsletter and got 300 new subs in a few hours (story for
another day).
•Tally.so: Create forms using a Notion-like UI in just a few minutes for free and without signing up. I use it to get feedback on
anything I'm doing. Now it automatically pops up in the betterdo after ~30 seconds
•Simplenote: I love the simplicity and speed of Apple Notes but want to sync notes to all devices, including Windows, this is the
solution.
•Snipd: This app lets you listen to podcasts on steroids. I save highlights when I'm on the go and they can sync to Notion,
Obsidian, or Bear.
