In the name of Allah

1. Letters: are the symbols of sounds in a language. Like B, T, A, etc.

According shape they are divided into two types.

1. Small letters 2. Capitals letters

But according meaning letters are divided into three types.

A. Vowels letters: a, e, I, o, u
B. Semi vowels letters: y
C. Consonant letters: c, v, f, g, h, etc.

2. Word: combination of some letters which can give a complete meaning is called word.
Like: book, teacher, students and etc.

3. Sentence: combination of some words which can give a complete meaning is called sentence.
Like: I am a good student. Do you speak English?

4. Noun: is a word which is used for the name of persons, places and things.
like: Desk, Ahmad, Kabul, Ghazni

5. Verb: It is a word which shows an action. Like speak, run, eat, go and etc

6. Pronoun: is a word which is used instead of a noun.


Like: Ahmad is a boy. He is a boy

A. Subject pronoun: The pronouns which are used as a subject of a sentence are called subject
pronouns. Like: I, You, We, They, He, She, It.

C. Object pronoun: the pronouns which are used as the object of a sentence are called object
pronoun: like: Me, You, Us, Them, Him, Her, It

D. Subject: doer of an action is called subject.

E. Object: receiver of an action is called object.
