Introducción

Mantener buenos hábitos alimenticios nos puede ayudar a evitar diferentes tipos de

enfermedades además de proporcionar la energía suficiente que el cuerpo necesita para el

desarrollo de las actividades cotidianas por esto, es fundamental mantener una alimentación

balanceada y equilibrada en los requerimientos energéticos de acuerdo a las actividades que

realizamos a diarios. Para establecer un estilo de vida saludable se deben interpretar los

fundamentos de higiene y nutrición en los contextos productivos y social.

Esta infografía se desarrolla con el fin de educar sobre los estilos de vida saludable.

Objetivos.

Objetivos generales

-Interpretar los fundamentos de estilo de vida saludables, higiene y nutrición en los contextos

productivos y sociales.

Objetivos específicos

-Administrar el plan de higiene corporal dentro del contexto productivo.

-Ejecutar rutinas de ejercicio físico según las necesidades de los contexto laborales y sociales.

Conclusión

Mantener un estilo de vida saludable reducirá tus posibilidades de contraer una enfermedad coronaria y

cardiovascular y nivelará tus niveles de azúcar y colesterol en la sangre. Además, disminuye la aparición

de enfermedades crónicas y degenerativas como, cáncer, alzheimer, etc.
