HOW TO OPERATE PRESSURIZED WATER PUMP

A. POWER-UP

From the inside of the house, turn on the

breaker for the water pump.

B. MAINTENANCE

Backwash pump once every month to remove

accumulated air in the pressure tank.
These are the steps to perform backwash:

1. Turn-off the breaker for the pump from the

inside of the house.
2. Attach garden hose at the end of the
threaded pipe. The drained water can be
used to water the plants in the backyard.
3. Open the backwash gate valve slowly until
fully open and wait until the water runs out.
4. Once all water is drained, fully close the
gate valve and turn-on the breaker to
restart the system.
