    1. In my opinion, I believe that Datuk Seri Anwar has used soft powers in
    the creation of the framework of “Tonggak Dasar Madani”. The reason I
    believe it is soft power is by the involvement of culture, government,
    political values and positive global engagement. The key points of
    “Dasar Madani” are Sustainability, Welfare, Creativity, Respect,
    Confidence and Compassionate. Soft power is all about culture, values
    and policies.
