People natural inclination is to favor their own kind, whether it be family, friends, business associates or
other individuals or organizations that they have a close relation. We are focusing on the ethical and
accountability, The intent is to prevent the concentration of power and provide for checks and balances.
To safeguard that powerholders do not abuse of their powers formal systems of laws, rules, external and
internal control have been established. The combination of the ethics and accountability makes our
country better if we are going to execute wisely.
I've learned in this lesson the branches of ethics and accountability on how we can interpret
important rt in our government. Including the responsibility we all know that it is very important in our
behavior to create good decision. On the other hand, if responsibility and accountability are not equitably
shared and if the process by which they are assigned is not transparent, then problems will arise.
In terms of ethics and accountability in the government gives impact to my specialization which is
public administration because I gained knowledge on knowing some parts of government which is
important part to study. It gives advantage to my study to proceed some other lesson that connected to this
lesson. Also it provides good impact to us as a student to apply ethics and accountability in our daily ife.
IV. Conclusion
This lesson ethics and accountability in the government is the important part in our government to
apply and execute the responsibility of one another. As a part of the government we should concentrate
on the construction of positive image of our government to give impact in the country. We will encounter
the responsibility and ethics principles that can provide a good decision making in terms of planning,
implementation and also evaluation.

actions. A policy can be defined as 'a purposive course of action taken by those in power in
pursuit of certain goals or objectives.
IV. Conclusion
Public Policy is an important area in Political Science and analysis and provides government
with facts and statistics about the extent to which initiatives are working so decisions can be made on the
public's behalf, to respond to a problem which requires attention. The purpose of policy, similarly, is to
shape and order practice, and evidence is one of the ways it finds of doing so. In this way, each term
makes sense only in relation to a shared antonym, that of practice. And even when evidence and policy
converge.
