Responsibilities

Provide support and maintenance Network Managment Platforms and cloud services based on customer and
internal requirements.
Perform preventive and corrective actions in order to safeguard the stability of the platform.
Appropriately management of the time base on issue severity and business needs.
Handle technical issues of different complexity
Direct interaction with customer
Participate in knowledge share and continues learning based on internal requirement.
Availability to move in different locations based on customer sites. (on demand)
Work during night activities and be available to work during weekends (on demand)

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, IT, Telecommunications

Basic
Engineering , computer systems or related

Language Advance or medium English Level

TCP-IP
Knowledge of OSI model
Linux GUI and CLI
OS troubleshooting and command line
Professional Virtualization concepts
Professional knowledge &Technologies
Knowledge
Capacity of diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
Excellent attitude and capacity of work under pressure.
Capacity to understand traces, network topology, and E2E
troubleshooting cases.
Excellent communication skills. Able to understand customer
technical requirement and communicate internally very well.
English language (write and speak)
Ability to persevere in the face of obstacles and ensure the correct
execution of the activities.
