advise you to inform us where you would like to use your week based on the 2 choices
below. The dates of your trip maybe advised once you are definite with your travel plans.
As this requirement is vital, kindly inform us on or before SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. We
encourage you to submit the form so we can update your record with us and that you may
fully utilize and enjoy your membership. Please complete the information below indicating
your preference.

1. ( ) RESERVATION AT ASTORIA PALAWAN valid for 2 calendar years (HOME RESORT).

No reservation fees.

maintenance fee is paid before we can deposit and send us a copy of the bank slip.

Please be reminded that the maintenance fee must be settled starting the second year onwards of
your entitlement before you can use your holiday week or we can deposit your week with RCI
Furthermore, should you choose to bank your weeks with RCI, you can no longer take this back and
use in your home resort or other Astoria properties. Kindly get in touch with the Customer Service
