ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. ACTIVITY TITLE: 1st General Assembly Meeting


II. PROPONENT: Social Work Intern Students of Goldenstate of Koronadal
III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS: 50 Household of Sitio Tukolaw
IV. DATE: April 05, 2023
V. TIME: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
VI. VENUE: Sitio Hall of Sitio Tukolaw
VII. RATIONALE:

The student organizers will conduct a whole day General Assembly with the
theme: “Empowering the community to lead the stability of the cooperative
Society”. The activity will render information about the main agenda. The assembly
will be conducted in order for the Sitio people will deepen it’s commitment to the
welfare of their community.

VIII. GENERAL GOAL:


The goal of this activity is to inform the Sitio residents and give them a
chance to participate on the interns objectives. Moreover, this activity will be able to
prepare the students as they materialize their project proposal after this activity.

IX. OBJECTIVES:
1. To establish empowering strategy to the people towards
development of their Sitio.
2. Let people to participate in a community discussion.
3. Able for the community to identify their own problem and find
means of solution.

X. IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES:
1. Open Communication of the group. We Gathered as a team, set up meetings, and
create a timeline.
2. We set of goals or objectives what our G.A is trying to achieve or accomplish over
a specific length of time. Gather the inputs for our activity.
3. Determine our roles and responsibilities in conducting a G.A.
