IX. Impact Assessment

The whole project was successfully implemented and it has contributed a great impact to our very own barangays or
communities. On the 10 evaluation sheets given in Barangay Poro, SFC, L.U., many people strongly agreed that the hope-
full signages have helped in uplifting their mental health condition. People are made cognizant of their true mental health
condition as they are given the chance to assess their overall well-being and they have known ways on how to uplift their
mental health condition this time of pandemic. The things that they can do to uplift their mental health condition through
the signages posted seem small but it can change their totality for the best. Posting signages about their mental health
condition this pandemic had alarmed them to be better in order to cope up in today’s trying time.

Many people have also positive impact about the signages posted as it became an eye-opener for them to prioritize their
mental health and overall well-being. As according to Jefferson Center, there is an utmost need to take good care of our
mental health and overall well-being especially during this pandemic, in order to continue working on all our tasks and
overcome all possible endeavors coming along our way. It is a good thing that we gave 5 things that they can do to care for
their mental health as this pandemic has exhausted most of us. Overall, our proposed project has a positive impact for these
signages, though little, are written for a great cause: to uplift community’s mental health condition.

End-of-Activity Report/Summary
The whole project implementation was tiring but we are glad that it had a positive impact to our very own communities.
We worked hard together and systematically did things to achieve our project’s end goal. The whole process was definitely
hard because our mode of communication is through online only; however, we did not let it to become a hindrance to fulfill
our project’s very purpose.
