Rules and Regulations for English

Conversation Club (ECC)

Registration:
1. Participants should be ACC Members.
2. Participants should register through the application at the following link http://goo.gl/IPyA6U
3. Each week, the online application will open on Thursday morning at 8:00am, and will close
when maximum registration has been reached, You cannot register for two sessions at once and
you cannot register for future sessions.
4. You will be notified by an ACC email of your status (confirmed or no available spots) within
two business days.
5. You must print out this confirmation, bring it with you and show it to the ACC greeters.
Kindly note that if you do not have the printed confirmation, you cannot enter the ACC
after 2:00pm on Wednesdays. Only confirmed participants in the ECC can enter
the ACC till 2:30pm.
7. When you arrive, please check in at the information desk, and make sure that you sign your
name on the confirmation list, so that we know that you present for the session.
8. If you got a confirmation and you will not be able to attend, please notify us by
sending an email to the ACC at least 24 hours in advance, or you may not be allowed to register
for the ECC next week.

Waiting List:
1. The waiting list will be available at the ACC starting at 10:00am
2. There is no guarantee that a spot will be available for those on the waiting list.

English Conversation Club:

1. Each group will have no more than 15 participants. Do not join a group without permission.
2. The English Conversation Club begins on time; no latecomers will be allowed to participate,
even if they have registered beforehand. Any open spaces will be given to those on the
waiting list; first come, first served.
3. These rules and regulations are strictly and equally enforced for all participants, regardless of
how often they come to the ACC. This ensures a fair and transparent process for all.

‫‪ -۲‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ ﻣﻠﻲء اﻻﺳﺘﻤﺎره اﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮫ ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﺮاﺑﻂ اﻻﺗﻲ ‪http://goo.gl/IPyA6U :‬‬
‫‪ -۳‬ﺳﻮف ﯾﺘﺎح اﻟﺮاﺑﻂ اﯾﺎم اﻟﺨﻤﯿﺲ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﮫ ‪ ۸‬وﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﻜﺘﻤﻞ ﻋﺪد اﻟﻤﺴﺠﻠﯿﻦ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٤‬ﯾﺠﺐ ان ﺗﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ رد ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺮﯾﺪ اﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻰ ﺑﺤﺎﻟﺘﻚ )ﻣﺆﻛﺪ‪ ،‬او اﻛﺘﻤﻞ اﻟﻌﺪد( وذﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ ﺧﻼل ﯾﻮﻣﯿﻦ‬
‫ﻋﻤﻞ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٥‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ اﺣﻀﺎر ﻧﺴﺨﺔ ﻣﻄﺒﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﯿﻮم اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ و اظﮭﺎرھﺎ ﻻﺣﺪ اﻻﻓﺮاد اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺪﺧﻮل ‪ .‬اذا ﻟﻢ ﯾﻜﻦ ﻣﻌﻚ ھﺬا اﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ ﻣﻄﺒﻮﻋﺎً‪ ،‬ﻟﻦ ﺗﺴﺘﻄﯿﻊ دﺧﻮل اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻰ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﮫ ‪ ۲:00‬م ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٦‬ﻟﻦ ﯾﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﺪﺧﻮل اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻰ ﻛﻞ ارﺑﻌﺎء اﺑﺘﺪاء ﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﮫ ‪ ۲‬ﻣﺴﺎء ﺳﻮي ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻓﻘﻂ ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -۷‬اذھﺐ اﻟﻰ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ﻋﻨﺪ وﺻﻮﻟﻚ ﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﺳﻤﻚ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻧﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﻛﯿﺪ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻚ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ وﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ‬
‫ﻣﻜﺎن ﻟﻚ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -۸‬ﻟﻮ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ ﻋﻠﯿﻚ وﻟﻢ ﺗﺤﻀﺮ أو ﺗﻌﺘﺬر ﻋﻦ اﻟﺤﻀﻮر ﻋﻦ طﺮﯾﻖ ارﺳﺎل ﺑﺮﯾﺪ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗﻞ ‪ ۲٤‬ﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﺪ‬
‫ﻻ ﺗﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﺮة اﻟﻼﺣﻘﮫ ﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﻤﺤﺎدﺛﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻣﺤﺎدﺛﺔ اﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ‪:‬‬

‫‪ -۱‬ﻛﻞ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﺗﻀﻢ ﺣﻮاﻟﻰ ‪ ۱٥‬ﻣﺸﺎرك ‪ ،‬ﺑﻤﺎ ﯾﺤﻘﻖ إﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ‪ .‬ﯾﺮﺟﻲ ﻋﺪم اﻻﻧﻀﻤﺎم اﻟﻲ اي ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﮫ دون‬
‫اﻟﺮﺟﻮع اﻟﻲ اﻟﺸﺨﺺ اﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮل‪.‬‬

‫‪ - ۲‬ﯾﺒﺪأ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﻤﺤﺎدﺛﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد)‪۳‬ﻣﺴﺎء( وﻻﯾﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻀﻮر ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﻤﯿﻌﺎد‪ ,‬ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺘﻢ اﻋﻄﺎء اﻟﻤﻜﺎن ﻟﻌﻀﻮ‬
‫اﺧﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻋﻀﺎء اﻟﻤﺴﺠﻠﯿﻦ ﺑﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻻﻧﺘﻈﺎر‪.‬‬

‫‪ -۳‬ھﺬه اﻟﻘﻮاﻋﺪ و اﻟﻠﻮاﺋﺢ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺔ ﺑﺪﻗﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻟﻤﺴﺎواة ﻟﺠﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﯿﻦ‪ ،‬ﺑﻐﺾ اﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﻋﺪد ﻣﺮات ﺣﻀﻮرك اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ‬
‫ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﻀﻤﻦ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﻋﺎدﻟﺔ وﺷﻔﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﯿﻊ‪.‬‬
