Respected Sir,

I, Sreeparna Das, a seventh-grade student of Chrysalis High School and currently a

resident of Bengaluru would like to attract your attention to a very important issue.

I am very glad that I got the opportunity to write this letter to you. I would like to draw your
attention at an important issue. We all are facing a lot of challenges regarding the soil and
environment because of soil erosion, deforestation, pollution etc. These challenges are further
causing problems like desertification, loss in fertility of soil, land sliding, loss of water holding
capacity in soil, less production of crops, vegetables and fruits and also making people homeless . It
is our responsibilities to stop all these and save our soil. As you are the head of the country, I would
request you to start something productive against all this so that other people can follow you and
we can make our country better by resolving all these problems .

I humbly request you to immediately take an action against soil erosion and other associative
problems. If the soil is healthy, we all will be healthy and happy. I will be waiting for your support.
