    RE: QUOTATION FOR WASHROOMS CLEANING AT TIMBER ROAD NEAR ---- FARM CARE LTD

    We wish to quote for the cleaning services for four (4) toilets, the room and cleaning on the dust in all
    the cubicles the WC Sinks. This entails deep cleaning of the WC cubicles inside and outside. The room
    floor will be scrubbed by using our scrabbing machine. The stub born deposits should be poured some
    chemical to soak for approximately 5 minutes then cleaned. The WC bowl will also be cleaned. The cost
    for the essential service will be Kshs 12,500/= plus 16% VAT and the work will take 2 days.
