PROPOSE TITLE: UNDERSTANDING COVID 19: ITS INFLUENCE ON THE HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS OF

GRADE 11 STUDENTS

RATIONALE

This study is based on understanding covid-19 and affecting the health consciousness of grade

11 students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, people have reduced the frequency of going out,

and need to engage in health behaviors at home. Health consciousness has a significant positive

effect on grade 11 students. "COVID has brought the importance of physical and mental fitness

to the forefront of people’s consciousness,” said Chris Mosunic, PhD, Chief Clinical Officer for

Vida. The pandemic has caused a strong impact on the global economy and threatened

people’s lives seriously. In this crisis, health has been the top priority. However, the mandatory

prohibition of going out has seriously affected people’s daily life [2,3]. It may lead to a decrease

in physical activity [2], an increase in sedentary time [4], and then cause physical and mental

health problems. This paper takes a health consciousness survey, and expands the theoretical

research of health. The findings suggest that Students should pay attention to promoting the

transformation of health consciousness. It provides enlightenment for people to adopt health

behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study shows that it is possible to bring awareness to

current health concerns

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims to examine the influencing mechanism of health consciousness during the COVID-19

pandemic. The study seeks to answer the following research questions.

It consists of two variables, health consciousness during covid-19 as an independent variable and grade

11 students is dependent variable. This figure draws up to two variables which are health consciousness

during covid-19, that can be dependent variable, and grade 11 students, can be independent variable on

the other hand. According to this re-conceptualization, health consciousness refers to an individual's

comprehensive mental orientation toward his or her health, being comprised of: self-health awareness,

personal responsibility, and health motivation, as opposed to being related.

METHODOLOGY

This study will utilize the qualitative investigate strategy within the think about. The expressive overview

plan was utilized for the consider and it was qualitative in nature. The study will use a survey research

design specifically. It aims to determine the benefits and challenges in health consciousness of Grade 11

Students in Pagadian Junior College, Pagadian City. The Research Participants of the study will be Grade

11 students who are currently enrolled in Pagadian Junior College (PJC) Inc. School Year 2021-2022.

This study will be conducted at Pagadian Junior College. Pagadian City. This study showed evidence that

educating today’s youth on health consciousness can result in a significant amount of knowledge.
