A) - ENGINEERS ATTEND ON BOART AT 13:00 12 DEC 2022 FROM ANCHORAGE SINGAPORE TO REPAIR
CARGO SAAB TANK SYSTEM WITH PROBLEMS SHOW BELOW:
- Host communication error
- Tank 4P, Slop S is warning "clean antenna"
- Tank 5S,6S,Slop is warning " inval.measurem"
- Tank Slop P display: "pressure sensor fail"
B) - Clean RS485 communicatino card in I/O box
- Disconnect the deck cable for the failing TGU from the SCS, remove the TGU cover for checking and clean all the
terminals of the tank 5S, 6S, Slop P, Slop S
- Clean the inside of the cone, clean wipe the teflon cone inside the antenna using a soft rag as procedure by maker
- Repair cables and connection of pressure sensor
- Restart TGU, and restart system as recommended give by the maker but the communication error is not fix
C) - After action taken as above, only pressure sensor fail is fixed, other errors can't be fixed
Note:
- Recomment contact maker to service for other errors
- Need renew seal oring for tank 6s
