Individual Assignment

The assignment is done on the CSR Issues of the Coca-Cola company as we had
select a multinational organization. In this we had to explain the ethical issues
of the company and also give had to give the recommendations. After selection
of the company i.e. Coca-Cola we started collecting information together. We
also created a whatsapp group to dicusss and share the information with each
other. More than half of the group members were staying in the same place so
it became very easy for us to meet and work together. We also appointed 1
group member as a leader so that he can keep the track of the work and group
members. Everyone used to share the there information in the whatsapp
group so each member can have a look and then the best information was
filtered out but the team leader. We decided to work together as a team so
that we can work with efficiency rather that dividing the parts and working on
it individually. We used to work on the assignment everyday and started the
work from the day 1,we also kept the target that we have to complete the
work as soon as possible so that we can make changes in the documents as per
needed. We also made sure that the data collected was professional.
In this assignment my personal contribution was collecting the information on
the ethical issues of the company. After collection of the data from the sources
I also did the referencing part and then shared it in the group. I also
contributed in the introduction part and gathered information through official
company website.
After gathering the data together we submitted it to the team leader for the
writing part, because when every individual member started writing it was very
inconsistent while reading the document so we decided that only one person
will do the writing. I also made sure that data we collected has there reference
as it’s the most important part of any document. After the writing part was
done the document was shared with everyone, so that we can read it and have
our own suggestions on it. This gave us a advantage to add more additional
data which each member was having and also there own thoughts on it and
finalized it. Coca-Cola website was our key source for gathering the data about
the company,we also used Forbes and Newyork Times for information.
My experience in the team was excellent as i work together and everymember
equally contributed to do the work. Appointing a group leader helped us as he
was making sure that everyone is doing there task on time. While doing this
assignment I also learned how team works and how to contribute my part in
the group. Everyone contributed equally hence the assignment was perfectly
done and we completed it in the set targeted time. Also team worked
effectively as the result the quality of work was top notch.
