Vivaan - Reflections

1) What was your task and how did you contribute to the group work?

- My role was Group Leader. I conducted the survey for our primary research and also was the editor for the
Introductory video. While conducting the survey, the entire questionnaire and data representation was cre-
ated by me. I also helped with the Weebly design and conducted the Interview with Miss Anjali of the
Humsafar group. Apart from this the poster, pamphlet, and logo was also created by me. Being the group
leader, I also helped my team members whenever they required help in their tasks.

2) What was your most memorable learning experience?

- Throughout this journey where we encountered occasional hitches, we always found a way
to get through them and successfully executed our interviews, and surveys and also planned
for action by creating an Instagram page. However, the most memorable moment in this
journey was when our project was coming into shape, and we asked some of our teachers
and mentors for feedback. Their reaction was “Wow”. It was this moment that was most
memorable to me.

3) What Went Well?

- The collaboration and unity within our group was our biggest key to success. We started off
slow but then we picked up the pace and finished all our work within the deadlines. We also
did a good awareness campaign via our Instagram page. The interview and survey went very
well and also our Weebly design was creative.

4) What could be better?

- We could have collaborated with partner Dutch school more and also started fast so we would not need to
hurry in the end. However, the project was completed and also everything went by smoothly.

5) Comparison

- Partnering and collaborating with a school from a different country was an amazing experience. This col-
laboration did not just help us gain wider insights but it also helped us to understand the culture of differ-
ent parts of the world and motivate us to devise a solution taking all the input from different countries and
communities. I was really impressed by the interview questions by our partner school and I also felt that
the way they have described the social wrong is extremely insightful and deep. Lastly, it is the passion
from within to help society and bring change to community that could be seen in both Our group and our
partner school and I feel that this passion matters the most.
