TION
1. What was your task and how did you contribute to the
group work?

• I was a part of conducting our group interview. I also

helped in keeping our team talks smooth, and communi-
cations clear so everyone knew what was going on. Ad-
ditionally, I helped our group to meet our deadlines by
nudging the team to work collaboratively.

2. Most memorable learning experience?

• The interview with the trans woman, Anjali, was truly
enlightening.
Her openness and kindness brought a personal touch to our
work and expanded my understanding of the chal-
lenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community.

3. What went well?

• The interview with an inspiring trans woman was really
eye-opening.
Her story added a special touch, making our project feel
more meaningful.
Additionally, the positive response to our social media page
indicates a growing impact.

4. What could be better?

• To enhance our Eumind project experience, I propose

increased communication and interaction between our
schools in India and the Netherlands. This will foster di-
verse perspectives and enable collaborative learning.
Implementing regular virtual meetings and joint activi-
ties can help us achieve these goals and create a more
impactful project outcome.
5. Comparison

• Joining the EUMIND project with the Netherlands

school was a great experience. I was impressed by the
way they drafted their questions for the project inter-
view. Those questions brought out the person's experi-
ences, highlighting the importance of asking thoughtful
and inclusive questions in promoting change. It gave
me a deeper understanding of LGBTQ rights, and it mo-
tivated me to approach difference with curiosity and
empathy.
