PART 4
COMPARISION
Comparison
The secret of team’s success is unity and hard work. Quote by David Beckham.

The success of our Project lied in the collaborative and enthusiastic participation of
both the schools RBHS and Schoonhovens implement a more eco friendly policy.
The citizens of Netherlands prefer to eat a sandwich with a baked egg. They buy
bread from a local store where it is made and eggs from their own groomed
chickens. E.g. multiple vitamins, iron, carbohydrates and many fibres. We Indians
don’t use bread, we make it ‘at home from whole wheat, bajra and cooked
vegetables like sorghum, rice etc. In some parts of India fermented foods like Idli ,
dosa, Upma are served as breakfast. Chapati and sabzi contain many vitamins like
iodine, potassium, calcium, copper and many minerals and salts. EUMIND was a
delightful experience for all of us. Our interaction with the students of Netherlands
who by now have turned out our friends was a knowledge sharing exercise. We.
Exchanged information about our culture, food, weather, etc. This made us realise
the beauty of knowing how different are the living patterns of people living in 2
different continents. We look forward for such activities in the future again.
REFLECTION
AADI DESAI- GROUP LEADER
We worked effectively together. We understood each of our strengths and made sure
they were used. What we did was assessing and recognizing our strengths and
bringing them together to create something more powerful than any of us
individually. The main learning point is not to rush into the task and spend some
time evaluating the issue fully. The video conferences with the students of
Netherlands went very well. We had a fine time collaborating. This was a successful
team and no major changes were needed but each of us can use this experience for
enhancing the effectiveness of other teams we worked with. There was no change
needed in the research. Our meetings were extremely productive and every group
member completed their designated task. Another thing we did well was gathering
information. On a personal level, I feel gathering information actually is not more
important than presenting the information. Presenting the information was one thing
that could have gone better. All the group members made this project worthwhile.
MOHAMMED BALWA - EDITOR
In our project we all were very helpful to each other. Everyone
submitted their work on time, and if had any problems then everyone
helped him to complete it. Also, we did two very exciting things in our
project - we asked one of our teammates to ask questions to a
dietician, and we talked about the different nutrients we consume
everyday. We had a collaboration with the students of Netherlands
which went extremely well. It was a good experience. At the start, it
was a bit difficult to collaborate with the European students, but then
gradually, everything went smoothly. We also created a
WhatsApp group for doubts, etc. There was no change required in the
research as everyone was so good at it.
MISHA SARAF - INTERVIEWER
In our project, we had really good communication towards each other.
Everyone submitted their work on time, and had written amazing
answers, which enhanced our report. Two special things we have done
in our project is we calculated how much of CO2 emissions we
produced each day, based on what we eat. Also, we have interviewed
experts and asked their point of view on how they help the
environment. Our collaboration with the students of Netherlands
went extremely well. Due to this collaboration, my speaking skills
have improved gradually, and my listening skills have improved too!
Also, I have started to speak more confidently.
MEHR VERMANI - CONTENT WRITER
It couldn’t be better. Everything went so smoothly and to our expectations.
The introduction – part one of the article, felt like the easiest bit. Every
group member submitted his work at the earliest, so we could move
forward with the other parts of the article. I understand that each of the
group member was dedicated to the project, which made all this possible.
There was nothing like it. Not even the tiniest sections of our webpage need
to be changed or edited, because, we as a group understood each other’s
ideas well and took into consideration everybody’s knowledge on the topic
to complete this project. We also relied on various methodologies to make
our work look more attractive. It was a marvelously collaborated project, as
the video conferences went smoothly and as planned. During the
collaboration, we gained knowledge on their research and the
methodologies they used. It also gave us more confidence in ours, as they
said it was amazing and needed no editing.

Eu-mind was a wonderful learning opportunity for me and I believe our
Team came up with great ideas in-order to work on the project & complete
the same with deadlines given, by interviewing people, doing research work
& putting up everything on Paper. I learned something new interacting with
my international peers their lifestyle, behavior as all this was only seen on
YouTube or Movies. The video conferencing round was an eye-opener &
exciting to deal with. Also discussing about the meals with my school peers
is something what I haven’t done before & this opportunity gives me to go
one step closer to knowing them. Eu-mind has been a great thing to happen
to me as this is something that is out of my comfort zone. I have thoroughly
enjoyed discussions, arguments, talks with my teachers & peers during this
phase & have realized that I should have been more proactive in all these
discussions and should do better Planning so as to be connected with the
whole team.
MOST PREFFERD TOPICS

The most preferred topics are:

• My green meal
• Plastic Recycling
• waste management

The students deal with this topic on every day basis and therefore they
are relatable. Measure issues are created due to lack of awareness. To
make them understand how important this topics are we need to include
this topics in project activity..
Video Conference snapshots -2
Video conference - 2

On Tuesday, 31st January 2023, we had another opportunity to interact

with the students of the SCHOONHOVENS COLLEGE. This time around
we felt a lot at ease to have the conversation with them as we already
had some textual conversations with the students over Whatsapp. We
asked them several questions regarding the project and the process of
completion. Both the students were much more comfortable interacting
with each other as they hd been exchanging ideas and different stages of
the research.

The interaction was fruitful. students also exchanged friendly questions

regarding the school routine, school celebration etc. With gratitude we
ended our session and we were delighted that we could reach the end of
our project with so much of knowledge and learning to take forward with
ourselves.
Thank you
