SELF-REFLECTION OF ALL GROUP MEMBERS

Our project for Eumind this year was "my green meal". We had a lot of tasks and missions to do
for this project. For the rst task, I helped in shooting the videos and helped with the speech of
the introduction, in our next task, I took most of the interviews and helped in creating the
questions for the interviews, and what to ask, I also helped in making the google form. My most
memorable experience was shooting the interviews. Since I made the questions, I got to research
and nd out more about green meals and what they were, I also loved interacting with other
people and asking them di erent questions. I learned how to create a google form, and I also
developed the ability to talk to di erent people. In my opinion, our teamwork went very well. We
were all collaborating, asking questions, and helping each other. My teammates always helped me
whenever I got stuck in something. We shot everything well, and it was a great experience.
However, what could've gone better were the video conferences and our collaboration with the
other school. In both of the conferences, we couldn’t discuss anything with the other team so, if I
had to change something it would be our interaction with the other school. Overall it was a once-
in-a-lifetime opportunity and I enjoyed every part of it.

My name is Parina. I work in a team of 5. The other team members are Dia, Pragya, Prishti and
Krish. Our topic for Eumind is “My green meal”. We took several interviews and collaborated with
our intellectual peers. The interviews varied from teachers and companies to students. We even
had video conferences with our partner school. The rst one was a bit chaotic and not at all well
organised, though the second went pretty well. The work was divided equally among us. We
communicated via questionnaires or even videos. All of us coordinated through zoom or Google
Meet. At rst, it was a huge task to collect all the data but it was accomplished through good
teamwork. I speci cally went around classrooms conducting interviews with students. Well, I had
a lot of new experiences like putting forward your opinions, editing loads of work and much more.
I wish we had used a di erent method of conducting the interviews such as google forms which
were way easier rather than making them write it. Indeed we all did a wonderful job but if we had
put more e ort it would have been really easy.

We have been working with our partner school for about 3 months now, at rst, it was a task to
connect with them but now as we go ahead with it, a seamless communication network has been
established. We have bonded with the partner school about a lot of things like culture, cuisines,
socio-economic factors, sports and events. We have shared multiple stories. There has been an
exchange of thoughts, beliefs and ideas related to both countries about our topic. This has been a
great opportunity in enhancing our con dence, communication, education and experience. The
programme has provided insight into factors that were unknown to us. The method we followed
for this programme was qualitative research analysis and questionnaires to the students, faculty
and facility management team. The work was divided equally among the team member to achieve
maximum productivity. Considering the time limits available, in my opinion, we could have used a
quantitative method of research and analysis( google forms) which would capture a larger
spectrum of an audience and information in a smaller amount of time, with relevant results
attached. Overall I'm extremely thankful to the faculties for inducting me into this programme
which has helped me enhance my skills like data analysis, understanding research methodologies
and solution nding. I am also grateful for the bond and the common ground shared by us and the
partner school.

I participated in eumind this year, and our team's topic was "my green meal". We had multiple
missions to do throughout the year. Our rst mission was to introduce the group, and I helped in
editing the videos and putting them all together, along with the shooting. My main job was to edit
the videos and shoot them, I did that in our second mission too which was to take interviews with
everyone. My most memorable experience would be working as a team and making new friends. I
enjoyed interacting with more people, and I loved talking to new people, it was a great
experience. I even had a few of my friends in the project along with me, which made it even more
memorable. I put my time and e ort into this and editing the videos and I enjoyed it a lot. I also
got the experience of creating google forms and talking to people from a whole other continent. I
think that from our side, we did our best. we were always on time and did everything perfectly. I

enjoyed the fact that everyone was working with each other and nding solutions to our problems.
I would say though, the communication from the other team's end wasn't so great. They didn't
have any questions ready and were not taking this seriously. aside from all that, it was a great
experience and I would do it again if I had another opportunity.

This year, the subject of our eumind was "our green meal." We had several challenging and
unusual jobs to complete. I contributed to the rst task's editing, suggestions, and opening
remarks throughout the shooting. Next, I assisted with question preparation, coordination with the
interviewee, and video editing. Since I enjoy designing and making new things, I also contributed
to the poster's creation, which was a lot of fun for me. The poster-making process, which was
great and I liked doing it with my teammates and getting feedback from the teachers, will always
be my favourite memory. Making the opening video is another lovely memory I have of this
project. Meeting outside of school for the rst time was a lot of fun, and we got some fantastic
shots. Our collaboration was superb. Despite having a full schedule, working extremely hard in
their personal lives, performing well in school, and keeping their grades, all the members gave
their time and e ort. Everyone supported each other, covered for them, and stood by them when
necessary. We received a lot of assistance from all of the teachers, and the school provided us
with a strong faculty. The video conference was one area that could have been improved, and we
truly wished the opposing side would work with us more closely and take this project seriously.

In the end, we all enjoyed ourselves and were happy to be here.
