GROUP 4

Shivi-
1. As the group leader, my main task oscillated between collecting
individual tasks from each member and grooming as well as
nurturing them. Apart from this, I made the introduction document,
evidence of communication and helped in script writing. The videos
were shot by each member whenever possible. I even
communication the most with the Dutch students through video
conference and whatsapp
2. I think the most memorable part of the entire project was the video
conference. We came to know a lot about the cultural differences
and how the schools function in the Netherlands. We built language
skills and a global perspective, enhancing my ability to collaborate
better. We shared our school life which fascinated our dutch
counterparts
3. I feel that we put good efforts in our video. But it could have been
much better. Honestly, a bit more commitment and cooperation
from my teammates throughout the project would have helped us
reach heights. On my part, I could have encouraged them more to
complete their tasks and help them individually.
4. Our partner school provided us with information related to their
school life which was quite different from ours. Infact, much more
interesting and fun. Even we introduced our school life. This helped
us to minimize our cultural differences, and build empathy,
compassion, cooperation and unity among all.
5. We deserve 5 points because all the members were curious about
learning. We all wanted to do our best and we did it! Our interest
lies in our topic and we all agreed that this program was very much
a success. We came up with great ideas to interact and present our
school with unique ideas. As a whole, I am proud of us.
Yuvaan-
1. i was supposed to conduct the research for writing the
script for the short video we made based on the
interaction with our partner school. I also played a vital
role in the short video we made. While i was largely
committed to the video, the others contributed to the
script writing, film editing and presentation making.
2. I admire how the students of our partner school
presented themselves well and told us about their
culture and school life. I also learnt how to manage my
time properly, juggling my academic and project work at
the same time
3. I personally feel our video was a decent one, but we
could have done a better job of presenting ourselves to
our partner school (it was partially my fault). Maybe more
commitment from our group was required (including me).
Otherwise, all of it was done well.
4. Our partner school gave us information about their
country, their culture and most importantly their school
life. They also gave us information on their food, their
sports, and other unique activities. What i thought of our
research was that we could have done it in a more proper
manner but overall it was a good effort.
Agastya-
1. There was no single task given to an individual member.
We all worked as a team and supported each other
through the tough and turns. I helped in making the intro
doc of the team which was just the qualities of each
member of the team.
2. The most memorable learning experience was when we
shot the video, in which we showcased Indian students
coming into a Dutch school. This is my most memorable
moment as we all had a lot of fun and got to learn a lot
about the Dutch culture, which was very interesting. I
think that I learn a lot about teamwork during this
experience.
3. I think our team did a wonderful job, I personally think
that we could have shot the video a little better and could
have included much more information about the Dutch
culture. we could have directly taken the information
about the Dutch culture from our Dutch counterparts
rather than taking it from Google or Wikipedia.
4. I learned about the dressing ,cuisine and how the Dutch
people live their lives. The students from the Dutch
school clearly understood their assignment and did a
wonderful job showcasing Indian culture.
5. I think my team deserves five points because we have put
a lot of effort and dedication into learning the Dutch
culture and simultaneously depicting their culture in
various PPT's and videos. Our team has always thought of
unique ideas, and how we made this learning experience
quite fun and informative.
Tishya-
1. In our group project, I was in charge of editing the video. My job
was to make the footage we had look good and tell a clear story.
I went through the video clips, picked the important parts, and
made sure they flowed well together. It was a team effort, and I
made sure to listen to everyone's ideas to make the final video
the best it could be.
2. My most memorable learning experience was undoubtedly the
video conference between the Dutch and Indian students. It
was a unique opportunity that brought together students from
different cultures and backgrounds to exchange ideas and
perspectives.During the conference, we engaged in discussions
on various topics, sharing insights about our lives, schools, and
cultures.
3. Our group created an impressive video, combining diverse
talents and ideas to produce something beyond our
expectations. The collaborative process was enjoyable and we
wished for more meetings with the Dutch students. Increased
interaction would have allowed for more creative exchanges,
fostering stronger connections and enriching our collaborative
experience. The positive outcome of our video project fuels a
desire for continued collaboration.
4. Interacting with Dutch students provided rich insights into
diverse topics like cuisine, school routines, language, and
heritage. Exploring their culinary preferences, understanding
school schedules, and navigating language nuances deepened
cultural understanding. It made our project more interesting
and taught me to appreciate different ways of life.
5. Our group merits 5 points for exceptional collaboration,
creativity, and dedication. Each member contributed unique
skills, fostering a dynamic project. Our effective
communication, commitment to quality, and innovative ideas
surpassed our own expectations. We went all out, so giving us a
high score makes sense!
priyanshi-
1. I helped to prepare the script for the video we were
supposed to shoot portraying that at school as well as
did all the editing work. We all played a vital role in the
fulfilment of all the tasks given to us
2. The most memorable experience was when we finally
interacted with the Dutch students in our school. It
was very fun to learn about them and their culture. We
gained a lot of insights and how the students are and
how the dutch education system works.
3. I think we shot the video beautifully. I feel a little more
information regarding the Dutch culture and their
educational system would have been enhanced our
video even more. I think as the video was short in
school we were a little restricted. Otherwise I think it
was a solid effort.
4. I learned a lot of things from the dutch school
Including their love for kick boxing the longest word in
Dutch vocabulary their school schedules and much
more. This was an enriching experience to say the least.
I think we did a fine job of portraying our culture and
our education system and I really hope they learnt
something from us as well.
5. I think our team definitely does deserve extra five
points for all the vigourous work that we put in
balanced out our extra curricular and our academics as
well as give give our undivided attention to the work
that was given to us for eumind. we depicted great
team spirit as well as dedication and I think it is
reflected in our work.
