Host (S)- Good Evening Everyone and welcome back to OUR LAST AND FINAL
episode of your favourite cooking show- “THE PERFECT PLATE”
To begin with, let me introduce myself, I am your host, Saachi and along with me, on our
judging panel, we have the 2 most renowned chefs/judges of all times- Nidhi Kushe and
Aditya Hisaria.
We also have our 2 finalists- Paridhi Dhanuka and Natasha Joe.

Judge 1(Ni)- We are so excited to have finally reached this final level of our show, we
cannot wait to see and try the perfect plate that our two finalists will be bringing to the
table.

Host(S)- I take great pride in being able to present the theme for our final round. Over
here, we have a jar full of chits with the names of different cuisines. One chit will be
picked and each participant will be asked to prepare 2 meals of the same. Lets proceed! I
would like to invite Aditya to do us the honours.

Judge 2(A)- *picks the chit* *intense music*

Judge 2(A) - And the cuisine is
*drumroll*
DUTCH!

Judge 1(Ni)- Aditya and I have decided among ourselves that Natasha will be preparing
breakfast and dinner and Paridhi will prepare lunch and dessert.

Judge 2(A)- We wish both our participants the absolute best!

*participants start preparing food*

*show participants preparing food*

*timer noise*
Host(S)- And with that, we come to the end of the preparation time. We hope the
participants have made the best use of this allotted time.

Judge 1(N)- We would like to call upon Natasha, to present her dish.

Natasha- My first dish is breakfast based. This is Gouda, one of the most famous Dutch
cheeses. It's made from cow's milk and has a creamy, nutty flavor. It's great on
sandwiches, but it's also delicious when it's melted. Nederlanders usually eat this with
breakfast.

*proceeds to present the dish to the judge*

Judge 2(A)- The dish represents exactly what Natasha mentioned, it is extremely creamy
and has a great texture.

Judge 1(N)- I agree, great job, Natasha.

Host(S)- I would now like to invite Paridhi to present the next dish.

Paridhi- My first dish is lunch based. I have prepared a classic Dutch dish called
"Hutspot". It's a simple yet flavorful blend of mashed potatoes, carrots, and onions, and
the key to a good hutspot is to let the vegetables simmer until they're nice and tender.

Judge 2(A)- Your dish looks incredibly appealing, I cant wait to try it.

Judge 1(N)- This is absolutely amazing.

Judge 2(A)- Well done, Paridhi.

Host(S)- Natasha, the stage is yours again.

Natasha- And my final dish is dinner based. I have prepared the Dutchs’ very famous
soup- bruine bonen soep or brown bean soup. It is legume-based and it's made with
brown beans, a typical Dutch variety of the Phaseolus vulgaris family,
Judge 1(N)- I refuse to stop eating this.

Judge 2(A)- Absolutely phenomenal, Natasha.

Host(S)- I say this with great displeasure. Its time for our final dish of this season.
Paridhi, please step forward.

Paridhi- My last dish is dessert based. What I have prepared here is known as poffertjes
which is made with yeast and buckwheat flour, these small, fluffy pancakes have a light
and spongy texture and are a popular food at Dutch festivals and events.

Judge 1(N)- The season couldn't have gotten a better ending. This dessert absolutely
stands out.

Judge 2(A)- We have finally made it to the end of the season and we are all so proud of
both of yall for not only making it till here but also preparing the most amazing dishes,
we hope to see you both excel in the future.

Host(S)- It is with a heavy heart that our judges must give us their final decision.

*judges make their decision and give an envelope thingy to saachi*

Host(S)- And the grand winner of this season of The Perfect Plate is
*drumroll*
Paridhi!!!!!

*audience claps, hugs, cheer*

Host(S)- Thank you so much everyone for tuning in. Dont forget to tune in next season!
