Diamond Earring #1
This is the very first installment in a series of lacy crochet earrings that I am planning
to design. As of the moment, I already have 8 designs in my handy-dandy notebook.

MATERIALS:
This earrings are crocheted with white, gray, and black polyester sewing thread
using a #10 steel hook.
MEASUREMENTS:
Diamond Motif only
Length: 5 cm
Width: 4 cm

ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
tr - treble crochet
dc - double crochet
sc - single crochet
sp - space
Round 1: Ch 3, (3 tr, dc) in first ch, 5 dc, (dc, ch 1, dc, ch 1, dc) in next ch, 5 dc, (dc,
3 tr, dc) in next ch, 5 dc, (dc, ch 1, dc, ch 1, dc) in next ch, 5 dc, sl st to top of ch-3, ch
1, TURN.
Round 2: 2 sc, (sc, ch 3, sc) in next dc, 3 sc, sc in ch-1 sp, (sc, ch 4, sc) on tr, sc in ch-
1 sp, 3 sc, (sc, ch 3, sc) in next dc, 4 sc, ( sc, ch 4, sc) on tr, 4 sc, (sc, ch 3, sc) in next
dc, 3 sc, sc in ch-1 sp, (sc, ch 4, sc) on tr, sc on tr, sc on top of ch-3, sl st to 1st sc.
