SYSTEM (MODULAR & FACE-TO-FACE)

QUALIFICATION: ANIMAL PRODUCTION (POULTRY-CHICKEN) NC II

Training start on May 16, 2022 but we do manual attendance because I don’t have an account yet in
Biometric-Enabled Scholarship Registration System (BSRS). May 26, 2022, I start using the system but not that
knowledgeable enough that is why our attendance sheet is incomplete (see attachment for reference).

During the official used of BSRS last June, still our attendance sheet is incomplete because we thought
that “log out” is already the “time out” and “getting attendance” is just one take every session of the class and so
on. The reason why there are some having problem in attendance every during time out for morning and time in
for afternoon because, still I’m confused about how to properly used the system especially during noon time. June
7, 2022, I also accidentally click the “End class” the reason why no one had time out for that day. From that
previous experienced of mine, I learned how to properly used the system.

On the other hand, regarding with the override there are some I didn’t approved due to improper way of
taking biometrics. However, the reasons of incomplete, attendance are as follows;
 Due to connection problem,
 Due to system error,
 Due to neglection and/or,
 Absent
