I. Introduction/Rationale
Due to this pandemic a lot of things was

change and affected one of these changes is our on the job training
program where in all the inters are obliged to conduct their internship
through webinars instead of working in the office.
These webinars were the only way to

continue the internship of the students during this pandemic all the
students was copping for this new way of learnings because we as a
student are straggling to come up with these kind of studies because of
lacking internet connections, devices that needed for these webinars.
Webinars for this time is very helpful for

us to prevent this pandemic to spread-out and for the safety of everyone
because according to the saying prevention is better than cure. Despite
of technical hindrance we still find a way to sort things out.

Pre-ojt webinar was our first attained webinar in our

university the college of management. It was conducted to inform all 3 rd year BSOAd student
regarding with our 2nd On the Job training Program.

it was very informative that can be apply when I continue with my future career.

attained the speaker was very good with her talk. I had so much information gathered from this

III. Recommendations/Suggestions
The whole world for times time is

facing the pandemic called Covid 19. One of the most
affected for this pandemic was our studies or schooling
routine. Students was very devastated because of the
changes regarding to their academic lessons that
conducted through Zoom, Schoology, and webinar
sessions.
This three apps or social media

communication was very helpful to us as a student the
zoom, schoology and webinars was the top used app of the
student with regards to their academic lessons because of
this the lessons and activities of the students is gradually,
and easy to understand or cope by the students.
Using this technology

communication right now is highly recommended because
of the pandemic. It’s helped the student to be more
technology oriented and communicate through social
media as fast as they can. Even without going outside their
hoses and without physical contact.
