Month
I love using Whole Brain Teaching in my classroom. With
each composer/musician, I create one sentence that
focuses on one important “fact”. In this case w/ Michael
Jackson, we discuss fact v. opinion. My students create a
movement to accompany the sentence and repeat it 3
times to their partner/neighbor, thus 3peat. With
Jackson, we added a big movement to “greatest
entertainer” by having our hands imitate fireworks.
