When we speak about things we do on our everyday lives, we usually say “what time, when

and how often”. Look at the following sentences:

WHAT TIME – What time do you get up? - I get up at 08:30.

WHEN – When do you have English classes? - I have English classes on Saturdays.

HOW OFTEN – How often do you go to the supermarket? I go to the supermarket twice a week.

How often do you see your friends? I always see my friends on weekends.

What are the adverbs of frequency and the frequency expressions?

After Verb to be

Are you usually stressed? - I’m never stressed

Are you often tired? - I’m not often tired.
Between the personal pronoun or noun and main verb
Do you usually go to Mineirão?
I always go to Mineirão.
After don’t and doesn’t
I don’t usually go to Mineirão.
