D. Issues and concerns
1. Question / Clarification:
Concerning to NSTP Class with an estimated number of 600 students, how are we
going to conduct our f2f classes?
- NSTP Coordinator
Response:
DSA- The guidelines for the limited f2f classes in our school must be followed.
However, the CHED will also issue other guidelines that is intended for the limited f2f
class of NSTP.
VPAA- We still have to check the NSTP Program, and we shall have a meeting with
this together with the CMC and the NSTP Coordinator.
Remarks:
2. Question / Clarification:
All my subjects handled for this Sem are online. Do we still need to report to the
school based on the schedule of the checking of attendance last semester?
- CTEAS Faculty
Response:
VPAA - We still have to meet with the Academic Council regarding this matter. We will
just update the teachers through memo, after our meeting.
Responsible Person:
Remarks:
- CTEAS Faculty
Response:
VPAA- The teachers can still work at home and hold classes through online. Therefore,
the teachers are not included in the no-work-no-pay policy. (1st Q)
VPAA- We will take note on this. (2nd Q)
Remarks:
4. Question / Clarification:
During major exams, I think it would be unfair for the Set A (In Person) students
because we cannot control the Set B students (online) who can Google their answers.
How are we going to resolve this? If I may suggest, can we have our major exams into
F2F?
- CBE Faculty
Response:
CBE Dean- Yes, it can be possible thru proper scheduling. However, we have to make
sure that there will be no more classes held during exam week to avoid conflict in the
students' schedules and the use of classrooms.
Follow Up Question:
How about those unvaccinated students, are they allowed to enter the campus to take
the exam?
Response:
HSO Head- As to CHED’s memo, students who will enter the school shall be
vaccinated. So far, we haven’t discussed that matter yet. However, as per policy,
students who will participate the limited f2f must be vaccinated.
CBE Dean- We are not prohibiting the unvaccinated students to enter the campus;
however, they must present a negative result of their Antigen Test.
Remarks:
5. Question / Clarification:
Most of my PE subjects require f2f activities, are we permitted to conduct f2f activity?
Anyways may students be not more than 20.
- CTEAS Faculty
Response:
DSA- The CHED permitted all programs to have limited f2f classes. However, it
depends upon the school's decision of what programs we will allow conducting limited
f2f classes. So, I would suggest that you talk with the Dean to discuss the proceeding.
Remarks:
6. Question / Clarification:
How can we make sure that those absent in attendance are absent? For the fact that
there will be instances of technical problems in the RFID.
- CTEAS Faculty
Response:
HRDO- That is why we also have to check attendance in the classroom for the
teachers. And also, in case of technical problems in RFID, we can log in/out through
our manual DTR (which is also used for the contact tracing).
The general rule is, employees shall use the RFID for attendance, however, in case of
technical problems in RFID, employees shall temporarily use the manual DTR for their
attendance.
Remarks:
Ma’am Charlotta said that the exit gate is in V.Cerilles St., is it only for the students or
including the employees? Since the RFID is placed in the entrance gate, I think it
would be a hassle for us to go to the entrance gate to log out.
- School Registrar
Response:
HSO- All employees will exit at the main gate (entrance gate) for the accessibility of our
RFID.
Remarks:
8. Question / Clarification:
Regarding those parents who have transactions inside the campus who bring a
vehicle, can we allow them to exit at the main gate since their vehicles have parked in
the entrance?pwede ba nga didto ra gihapon sila mugawas sa entrance since naka
park didto ilang mga vehicles?
- CTEAS Dean
Response:
HSO- It’s the discretion of our security guards. They can exit at the main gate if the
lobby or the entrance is not crowded. We are actually considering our Health Services
facilities located near the entrance gate. Inasmuch, the CMO of the CHED also requires
that the campus must have an entrance & exit.
Remarks:
9. Question / Clarification:
This is regarding the module retrieval in the SHS Dept. since some parents or
students submit their module on-site, can we utilize the student center to retrieve
modules?
- SHS Principal
Response:
CTEAS Dean- I would suggest that the YDC Gym will be utilize in the retrieving of
modules.
Remarks:
VPAA- We still have to discuss this in our meeting.
