- We had our staff / admin meeting with our School Head today, and one of the issues that was brought up was how to properly assess and/or give grades to our learners. Our attention was called due to the sheer size of enrollment in our school (19,000+). One of the reasons was that our teaches did not fail a single student last school year 2020-2021 because of “compassion” to the learners. The effect of this decision was that rumors spread that our school do not fail students, and thus many students were encouraged to enroll.
