    Temporary Suspension of GetPaid Services

    10 January 2023

    Dear GetPaid Merchants,

    Paynamics is very regretful to announce to valued GetPaid merchants that there will be a
    temporary suspension of services effective January 25, 2023 due to on-going internal
    discussion with G-Xchange, the owner of GetPaid platform.

    Please note that the service suspension will include the following:
    • API Service
    • Payment link generation
    • Withdrawal capability

    We are so sorry for this inconvenience. However, we assure you that this is temporary, and
    we will resume the service as soon as the internal discussion with G-Xchange has been
    finalized. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
