STRUCTURE / ACTIVITY:
Introduction:
Ask students to share their current study habits.
Discuss the importance of good study habits for academic success.
Explain that the purpose of this lesson is to help them identify strategies for improving
their study habits.
Body:
1. Identify your learning style
2. Discuss different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)
3. Have students take a quiz or self-assessment to determine their learning style

4. Encourage students to use study techniques that align with their learning style
5. Create a study schedule
6. Discuss the benefits of having a study schedule (e.g. helps with time management,

ASSESSMENT:

9. Minimize distractions
