Please be guided by the schedule of the midterm examinations for each SHS subject. The
schedule and guidelines apply to both online distance learners and in-person learners.

A. Assessment Week 1 for Performance Tasks

C. GENERAL EXAMINATION GUIDELINES

1. For in-person students

a. Come to school prepared, on time, and in complete uniform.
b. Electronic devices should not be used in the testing room (unless previously
approved i.e. calculator, electronic dictionary, etc.).
c. Follow the instructions that will be given by the test proctor.
d. Inspect your test paper to make sure that it is correct and complete.
e. Raise your hand if you need assistance. Do not stand during the test.
f. You may not remove copies of the test/answer sheet from the testing room.
g. Follow the time limit of the test.
h. Be responsible in keeping the confidentiality and integrity of the test.
i. Leave the testing room as soon as you complete the test (at least after 30 minutes
of the start of the test).
j. Do well on the test.

2. For Virtual Academy students

a. Prepare yourself and your device for the test.
b. Turn your camera and audio on at all times during the test.
c. Remain in your seat and in front of the camera at all times during the test.
d. Follow the instructions that will be given by the test proctor.
e. Inspect your test paper to make sure that it is correct and complete.
f. Click the raise hand button if you need assistance.
g. Be aware of the testing time limit.
h. Be aware that you will be monitored at all times for purposes of security.
i. You may not create copies of the test by any means.
j. Be responsible in keeping the confidentiality and integrity of the test.
k. Leave the testing room as soon as you complete and submit the test (at least after
30 minutes of the start of the test).
l. Do well on the test.
