I am a therapist in the offices of Family Supportive Services of Northern Michigan and Jaime is
the receptionist and biller for the office.
Jaime has many responsibilities, and she performs these tasks in an efficient and professional
manner. She is responsible for working with several personnel who are in and out of the office.
She schedules an appropriate space for them to work with and serve the families in their care.
She fields phone calls with potential and current clients, other providers, doctor’s offices,
insurance companies, and others. She maintains the appearance of the office and deals with
vendors.
As for the billing, Jaime Jones taught herself how to navigate the very difficult and confusing
system, troubleshoots when needed, and maintains an appropriate schedule for fulfilling that
task.
Jaime develops a positive and friendly relationship with our clients, even those that may be
difficult to deal with at times. Many enjoy visiting with her as they wait for their appointment.
She has a way of making them feel special by remembering small things about them, like
bringing a cup of coffee, sharing a joke, or discussing an interest.
Jaime is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her for any position she feels she
