GUIDELINES IN ACCESSING THE LIVE LECTURE SESSIONS

AND THE REPLAY-ON-DEMAND FACILITY

For the Live Lecture Sessions:

1. Legal EDGE will be utilizing Zoom Webinar in the conduct of live lecture sessions.

2. To fully gain access to our Zoom Webinar, you must have a Zoom account
bearing the e-mail address you have submitted to us upon enrollment. Please
see Annex A for guidance on how to create and manage your Zoom account.

3. The Zoom Webinar is exclusive to our enrollees. With due notice and your
permission, the e-mail address that you have provided has been incorporated in
the Zoom Webinar facility to facilitate your access thereto.

4. It is advisable that you download the Zoom Application in your desktops,

laptops, or smart phones. It is also best that you have signed in the Zoom
Application, before clicking the Zoom Webinar link for each lecture session,
which will be provided to you before the schedule.

5. Please note that your Zoom account is separate and distinct from your account in
the Replay-On-Demand Facility.

6. For any inquiry on your access to Live Lecture Sessions, please contact us through
our Facebook page.

For the Replay-On-Demand Facility:

1. Legal Edge will create your account in our Replay-On-Demand Facility. Once your
account has been created, you will be receiving an e-mail on your credentials.
We request that you also check your Spam Folder in case you did not receive an
email on this. If there is still none, please let us know.

2. The website address of our Replay-On-Demand facility is:

www.legaledgebarreview.online

3. The lectures uploaded in the Replay-On-Demand Facility are the recorded live
streaming sessions. The recorded lectures will be available 24/7, from April to
September, subject to the permission of the legal luminaries, having intellectual
property rights over their lectures.

4. You are advised to use Google Chrome or Safari, as your web browser.
5. The Replay-On-Demand Facility has been designed to be sensitive for any misuse
or unauthorized use. Thus, you can only access the recorded lectures on
limited device at a time. There will also be a proper manner of concluding your
viewing sessions, in order for your account not to be denied viewing access for
five (5) minutes. Please see Annex B for guidance on how to manage your access
in the Replay-On-Demand Facility.

6. Access to the Replay-On-Demand Facility is exclusive to the reviewees of Legal

EDGE. Please be warned that the system can detect irregularities in usage,
misuse, and unauthorized use of each account. Legal Edge reserves the right
to take necessary action to address any misuse or unauthorized use of each
account.

7. Your student number is currently set as your “Full Name” in your Replay-On-
Demand Facility. Please be reminded not to change or update your designated
“Full Name” in your account.
 ANNEX A

How to Create a Zoom Account

1. Go to www.zoom.us.

2. Click “SIGN UP, IT’S FREE”

3. Go through the process of registration. Use the same e-mail address, which you
have provided with Legal EDGE upon your enrollment, in signing up.

4. You will receive an e-mail from Zoom. Open the same and click “Activate Account”.

5. Fill out the necessary details in the e-form.

 6. Follow through the process and you will be able to successfully create your Zoom
Account.

How to Reset Password

1. Open a web browser and go to www.zoom.us/forgot_password.

2. Enter your email address and the captcha code displayed.

3. Click Send.

4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the
email.

5. Enter your new password.

 6. Enter the new password a second time for confirmation.

7. Click Save. You have now reset your password and should be logged into the
Zoom web portal.

How to Download Zoom Application

1. You may download the Zoom Application in this link: www.zoom.us/download.

2. Run the file downloaded and install the application.

 ANNEX B

How to Access Available Online Lectures

1. Go to www.legaledgebarreview.online

2. Login to your account.

3. Your registered e-mail address is the same with what you have provided to Legal
EDGE upon enrollment. For your password, input the login credentials contained
in the e-mail sent to you, upon creation of your account.

4. You will know that you have successfully logged in, if you see your student number
on the upper right portion of the webpage.

5. You can start watching the available online lectures.

How to Properly Conclude Viewing Sessions

1. The Replay-On-Demand Facility has been designed to be sensitive for any misuse
or unauthorized use. Thus, you can only access the recorded lectures one device
 at a time. The proper manner of concluding viewing sessions must be followed, in
order for your account not to be denied viewing access for five (5) minutes.

2. Once you are done with your viewing session, click the “” beside the title of the
lecture on the top portion of the video player.

3. After which, properly log out your account, by hovering your mouse on the
dropdown arrow beside your student number, then clicking “LOGOUT” .

How to Change Password

1. Make sure that you have logged in.

2. Hover your mouse on the dropdown arrow beside your student number, then click
“PROFILE”.

3. Your student number is currently set as your “Full Name” in your Replay-On-
Demand Facility. Please be reminded not to change or update your designated
“Full Name” in your account.

4. Change your password, accordingly. Then click “Change Password”

 5. You will receive a notification and an e-mail that you have successfully changed
your password.

Forgotten Password

1. Click “LOGIN”.

2. Click “Forgot password”.

3. Enter your registered e-mail address. Then click “Submit”.

4. Check your e-mail Inbox or Spam Folder for the Password Reset Link. Click the
link provided.

5. Enter your New Password and confirm the same.
