    STANDARD

    All Security staff should understand how to standard handling of the case

    PROCEDURE

    1. Checks to location
    2. Safety to this area and somebody don’t touch all thing at the place
    3. Call to police
    4. Report to General Manager and Manager on Duty.
    5. the report indicates the following ( Type of incident, Exact location ,Any
    injured ,description of suspects)
    6. Call doctor for help and first aid to victim if necessary
    7. Organize in house searching for suspects together police
    8. Report to Management of the case
