1. Receive the lost report , Security In Charge coordination with concern

department for get all data’s
2. Read and be understand of the data’s
3. Inform to Department Concern ( about this case ) and start to investigate
4. All data’s must be record and write at the statement
5. Re-read front of staff concern and he agree sign on last statement
6. Made a result give report to Management
