ASSORTED SOUPS FOR DINNER(Any soup can be used for dinner)

1)LENTIL SOUP:

1)Moong daal 1 table spoon

2)Masoor daal 1 table spoon

3)Chicken breast (30 gm)

4)Right Salt

5)Pepper

6)Red chilli (Pinch)

7)Ginger garlic paste (1/4 spoon)

8)Coriander leaves

9)Water 400 ml

10)1 lemon juice

RECIPE:

Add all ingredients (Except coriander leaves and lemon)in water and let it boil for 20 min on low
flame.then put it in blender and blend it.and again boil it.top it with coriander leaves,lemon juice and
enjoy.
2)FAT CUTTER CHICKEN VEG SOUP:

Ingredients:

Chicken breast :half

Lemon juice

Ginger and garlic paste

Cabbage shredded (patients of hypothyroid will not add cabbage)

Carrot shredded

Capsicum chopped

Lemon grass

Vinegar and soy sauce (1 tsp)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Egg whites 2

RECIPE:

Marinate half chicken breast in lemon juice and hara dhania for 1 to two hours.(I suggest u to
marinate all the chicken breast peaces and freeze it for whole week as soup is in dinner for
whole week)

Now in a pot add 3 cups of water and add lemon grass leaves and allow it to boil.after 5 mins of
boiling strain it and remove the leaves and add marinated chicken and let it boil for some
time.now add ginger garlic paste(little amount) and allow to boil.now take the chicken out and
shred it.add capsicums ,chopped carrots,and shredded cabbage.1 tsb vinegar and half tea
spoon of soy sauce and salt pepper.and let it boil for 2 to 3 mins.now beat 2 egg whites and add
it into soup and stir for 2 min.g0anish it with spring onions.yummy fat burning soup is ready to
serve.
3)ROASTED TOMATO SOUP:

Ingredients:

Chicken breast :half

Lemon juice

Garlic cloves

Salt and pepper to taste.

Tomatoes 2

Gol sabat mirch

RECIPE:

Marinate half chicken breast in lemon juice and salt 1 to two hours.(I suggest u to marinate all
the chicken breast peaces and freeze it for whole week as soup is in dinner for whole week)

Take 2 tomatoes and burn it on tawa till the time its black from outside.Also roast 2 gol sabat
mirch,dont do it on high flame.Now peel it and mash it with 1 chopped garlic cloves and mirch.

Now in a pot add 3 cups of water and add marinated chicken and let it boil for some time.Now
add roasted tomato mixture and corriander.add salt and pepper to taste.now take the chicken
out and shred it.add 2 tbs lemon juice.and let it boil for 2 to 3 mins..yummy fat burning
Roasted tomato soup is ready to serve.
4)WIEGHT LOSS CHICKEN CORN SOUP.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast :50 gms

Lemon juice

Ginger and garlic paste

1 Table spoon sweet corn

Vinegar and soy sauce (1 tsp)

Salt and pepper to taste.

RECIPE:

Marinate half chicken breast in lemon juice and salt 1 to two hours.(I suggest u to marinate all
the chicken breast pieces and freeze it for whole week as soup is in dinner for whole week)

Now in a pot add 3 cups of water and add chicken and allow it to boil.now add ginger garlic
paste(little amount) and allow to boil.now take the chicken out and shred it.add 1 tsb sweet
corn .1 tsb vinegar and half tea spoon of soy sauce and salt pepper.and let it boil for 2 to 3
mins..yummy chicken corn soup is ready to serve.
5)FAT CUTTER CHICKEN THAI SOUP.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast :50 gms

Lemon juice

Ginger and garlic paste

1 tsp boiled rice

Lemon grass

Vinegar and soy sauce (1 tsp)

Salt and pepper to taste.

RECIPE:

Marinate half chicken breast in lemon juice and salt 1 to two hours.(I suggest u to marinate all
the chicken breast peaces and freeze it for whole week as soup is in dinner for whole week)
