Multigrain atta:

1)2kg whole wheat

2)1/2 kg kala channa grounded

3)1 kg jao/barley grounded

4)Half kg alsi seeds grounded

5)200 gm kalongi

6)200 gm kala zebra

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients in above mentioned proportion to make excellent multigrain atta which is
low in glycaemic index and increase satiety.

All grains are available in all atta chakkis
