GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE REPRESENTS:

I, Lily Cruz , of legal age, Filipino, single, and resident of 123

Ilang-Ilang, Sampaguita, Lipa City, Batangas, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint Julio Ardiente , of legal age and resident of
54 Rosas, Gumamela, Lipa City, Batangas, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts:

1. To administer, take charge, and manage for my sole benefit,

my properties located at Anthurium, Bougainvillea, Lipa City,
Batangas, whether real or personal, agricultural or residential
land;
2. To collect, demand and recover all debts, notes or sums of
money due me now or which in the future may become due or
payable to me, and for this purpose, to issue such receipts,
papers or deeds, in my name and stead;
3. To deposit money in the BPI Account 123-456-78910 under my
name, and to cash-in all check payments to be deposited under
the same account;
4. To execute, sign, authenticate, and enter into any and all
contracts and agreements for me and in my name with any
person or entity;
5. To bring suit, defend, and enter into compromises in my name
and stead, in connection with actions brought for or against me,
of whatever nature and kind.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact, full

power and authority to perform each and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
