LE VILLAGE DE SOPHIA

The Village de Sophia project is a mixed-use development in Valbonne, France, covering an area of
197,000 square meters. The project includes commercial, office, hotel, leisure center, museums,
and entertainment facilities, with the aim of creating a vibrant and dynamic destination for
visitors and locals. This project represents an exciting opportunity to boost the local economy,
create jobs, and provide a range of recreational and cultural activities for people of all ages.

THE VILLAGE

"The Village" in Shenzhen, China is a stunning commercial, leisure, and entertainment center
covering 97,000 sqm. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese roofs, it seamlessly
blends modern amenities with classic aesthetics. Visitors can enjoy shopping, dining,
museums, a cinema complex, indoor theme park, and live performance venues, making it
a must-visit destination that combines traditional and modern elements in a unique way.

GRAND EPAGNY

The commercial center in Annecy, France is a 13,000 Sq m shopping haven featuring top fashion brands and flagship
stores like Zara, Nike, and Hugo Boss. The center offers a wide range of shopping options for fashion enthusiasts,
from high-end designer labels to affordable fashion stores. The center also features several top-class restaurants and a
cafeterias, where visitors can enjoy delicious meals and drinks in a comfortable and elegant setting. Overall, the Annecy
commercial center is a must-visit destination for those seeking a shopping and dining experience that is second to none.

DATA HILL

The Data Hill is a unique architectural project that transforms a traditional data center into a cascading waterfall on a hilltop.
Designed to seamlessly integrate with the natural environment, the waterfall hill uses sustainable technologies such as solar
panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and energy-efficient cooling systems to reduce the overall energy consumption of the
data center. The cascading pools and walkways provide a stunning visual display for visitors to enjoy, while also regulating the
temperature inside the data center. This innovative project showcases how sustainable design and cutting-edge technologies
can work together to create a functional and visually stunning feature that benefits both the environment and the community.

CHELAMBRA MOSQUE

The Chelambra Mosque in Kerala, India is a small-scale contemporary mosque that seamlessly
blends modern design with traditional Islamic architecture. Surrounded by lush greenery, the
mosque's design maximizes natural lighting and ventilation with large windows and skylights. The
mosque's location enhances its spiritual and meditative qualities, providing a serene and calming
atmosphere for worshippers. The Chelambra Mosque is a remarkable example of how contemporary

The comeback of traditional designs in this contemporary era, has


led to evolve a design trend that is a balanced blend of both the
styles, with neither overpowering the other. Today it’s not only the

This home is one such residential property that needed to be transformed to cater a couple
with two sons, settled in the cityscape of Hyderabad. The home is crafted with the traditional
soul that is covered by a contemporary shell. It is graced by the touch of old intricate designs

Chocoholics and design enthusiasts can now get their fix at the same place. Zuci Chocolatier is a
ravishing new step at the upscale road 45 jubilee hills. The scheme draws diverse threads from
old European confectioneries and weaves them into a contemporary setting in this modern
store . Those threads includes arched walks, a Facade of meticulously designed polished metal
work wood paneling and glorious wall accents. For those who want to made this pilgrimage for
the tactalizing delights of chocolate and fresh confectioneries. Zuci is in a word “sublime”.

This architectural render showcases the beauty of simplicity and fluidity, offering a
serene and bright beachy escape that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings.
The design's clean lines and minimalist approach create a peaceful and calming at-
mosphere, making it the perfect setting for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
This render is designed to study the relationship between light and darkness while
creating a peaceful scene. The transition creates a sense of depth and contrast, add-
ing an immersive and captivating element to the scene.
This render is designed to study material, color, and architectural elements while
showcasing a peaceful scene. Its soft color palette, use of natural materials, and
intricate details create a visually stunning and immersive experience.
This lamp draws inspiration from Jupiter's torn surface and features a slit of light
inspired by the Sun. The outer texture resembles Jupiter's swirling gas giant surface,
while the shade mimics the dynamic surface of the Sun. It's an art piece and a func-
tional lighting solution that adds a touch of cosmic beauty to any space.
The delicate patterns of the apricot seed cavity served as the basis for the design of
the Apricot Seed Chair. Its backrest is shaped like a seed, and its seat is carved from
a single piece of wood. This magnificent piece of furniture adds a touch of refinement
to any room because it is both gorgeous and practical.
The conceptual massing render showcases an elegant and fluid tower design with
stunning curves that create a sense of movement and grace. Its undulating lines and
organic shape make it a true masterpiece of modern architecture.
The intent for this massing study is to make it simple, fluid, and dynamic, with a
sleek and streamlined design that evokes a sense of speed and motion. Mimicking
the shape of a speedform.
This tower massing is inspired by sailing and features a facade with tensile forms.
The design captures the grace and fluidity of a sailing vessel, creating a visually stun-
ning and elegant architectural masterpiece.
