Avramify Digital Guide

This guide should be used as a template for your


interactions with potential clients via text/direct
messages across platforms. We’ll discuss how to
optimize the client’s bio and exposure as well as
your own and follow with DM suggestions.

Sales via text should be some of your easiest work.


Feel free to alter these text suggestions to your
personality and conversation ow. Good luck!

Optimize the Bio

Firstly, let’s discuss the social media bio. To increase your client’s trust in your expertise, you should strive
to optimize your own Instagram (or other) bio as well as provide them with these tips for theirs. Looking
credible yourself as a representative of Avramify is just as important as inspiring credibility in others.

Your bio should be simple but informative: about four lines of information and at least one line of targeted
access (i.e. product website)

1st line - What You Do - “Your #1 Partner For Social Media Success”
2nd line - What You’ve Accomplished So Far - “Over 8,000 Clients Served w/ Avramify”
3rd line - A Reason You’re Worthwhile - “Mentored By @stefanavram”

Of course, you and your clients should modify this to your niches and goals.

Optimize the Posts

The main thing with individual posts is using hashtags. Ideally, about 7-9 hashtags should be used per post,
and try to be certain that they’re well-used and relevant to your niche.

For example:

#positivity

The above obviously are unrelated to each other but are commonly used hashtags related to speci c
areas. Use your discretion to nd phrases related to your niche and get them showing up in as many places

as possible without making your post absurdly overwhelming to look at. Keep in mind that viewers are used
to seeing short form, brief bits of information but you should take advantage of the bene ts that hashtags
offer in terms of exposure.

To nd the most effective hashtags in your niche, you can go to resources such as https://
displaypurposes.com/ or https://best-hashtags.com.

Optimize the Stories

Gaining story exposure is something more apt to happen over time. However, there are a few tips for
consistency with which to achieve that result!

1st - Post at least 5 stories per day for 3 days in a row.


2nd - Let stories clear on the 4th day.
3rd - Post one poll.
4th - Keep this consistent schedule. Throw your personality into it. Keep people interested in your
narrative!

Analytics

You would do well to keep an eye on your clients’ analytics, and so would they. This way you maintain an
awareness of their progress and can be properly informed while helping them pursue their goals. This can
be done with resources such as https://socialblade.com/ and https://www.notjustanalytics.com/ .

DMs and Sales Process

To achieve your highest success, you’ll need to remain consistent! This position requires some devotion if
you’re to realize your goals. We’ve examined this process and come up with an effective daily schedule
that should be easy to follow with some self-discipline!

- Message at least 30 new people on Instagram per day


- Post 1 time on your feed
- Post 3-5 times on your story
- Comment/message at least 5 people within your existing network

This schedule keeps you active in your online presence and will allow you to constantly build connections
that can turn into future clients! It may seem like a signi cant commitment; however, this process only
takes a couple of hours of dedication daily to achieve results and is not as overwhelming as it might seem.

It’ll help to think about the numbers in comparison to the time commitment.

30 messages per day for 20 days out of the month = 600 leads per month. Out of these 600 leads, you
will accumulate sales all without even devoting a full-time schedule to the process. On average, it takes
250 approaches in order to get 1 client, so this process does take dedication, but once you get the hang
of it, it becomes second nature.

Occasionally, if you send too many DMs in a given time, you’ll receive action blocks. To prevent this:

- Switch up your greeting in your DMs


- Don’t send more than 10 DMs within 10 minutes
- Stay under 20 DMs in an hour

With all of this said, let’s talk about approaching clients!

First of all, let’s discuss the process of nding clients on Instagram.

1. Pick a niche. What are you interested in, personally? What kinds of people would you like to network
with? What kinds of things would you like to learn? What are your hobbies and how does that fit into
these interests? Knowing this info about yourself will be one of your greatest tools. You will have the
opportunity to work with absolutely any industry that you want, but if you seek to get “whoever” on your
client list, then it isn’t going to be nearly as fun. So to make it a thousand times more enjoyable for
yourself as a sales agent, you have the freedom to pursue whatever leads you’re really interested in!
This will lead you to much more passion and success.

2. Find hashtags related to your niche and search for them on Instagram. Stefan has provided us with
some very useful websites in our #tips-tricks channel that you can use to find the best hashtags for
various industries. Let’s start with https://best-hashtags.com/ to begin. It’s a simple search engine and
all you have to do is search one related to your preferred industry (ex. #skincare, #fitness, #realestate)
and it’ll come up with the most relevant and most used hashtags that can used for posts and/or our
client searches. From there, you’re going to take one of those hashtags into the Search section of
Instagram. Once you’ve hit search, select the Tags category, choose a hashtag from the list, and
Instagram will provide you with a few more categories to browse through. Though you can use the Top
category, we recommend using the Recent category because it will provide you with more of the clientele
that’s in the market for our services!

3. Investigate the account. You will be looking for a few different things. You’ll only be able to fully
investigate the value of an account if the account is set to public, so these are the ones to focus on! 1)
Followers vs. likes and comments. If the ratio is off, they can use us! 2) High quality posts/products
combined with low engagement and low followers. This means they have something good to offer but not
enough exposure to get what they need from their corner of the internet. Thus, look for smaller accounts
trying to be bigger than they look. 3) How much do you like them? You need to like your potential clients
and believe in what they’ve got going on in order to give them your best. 4) Check to see if they have
posted photos or stories in the last five minutes, as you want to catch the client while they are already on
the platform. 5) Age. Young clients are less likely to have the money to spend on this sort of service,
whereas those 40-50 and over have spent more time figuring their lives out and have the extra money to
invest in a marketing plan. If you see that they’re awesome and they’re in the market for what we have to
offer, it’s time to message them!

The approach should be simple. Follow their page, like a few of their posts, and then message them. Begin
with a compliment and, of course, vary these messages from person to person. Keep it sincere and
adjusted to their content! Some examples:

- “Hey there, I found your page off of an ad and I love your content! Keep up the great work”
- “Your skincare advice is so useful and on point!”
- “Hey, you take incredible photos! #respect”
- “Your content delivery is so clean. Looking forward to more!”

Messages like these are harmless and easy to send. It may seem intimidating at rst to message strangers
on the internet, but creators love receiving feedback like this! Giving them praise and interacting with their
content will put your name and face in their mind as a personal connection in time. If they respond to you

quickly, the obvious next step is to introduce your bene t to them. This follow-up can sound something
like

- “If you need any marketing help, feel free to reach out to me! I’m partnered with a company with
amazing results under their belt and would love to help you reach your potential.”
- “I see that you have something awesome going on and I’d love to see you reach greater heights. If you
have some time I’d love to hear more about your goals and get you in touch with the right people to
grow your brand!”

Business people and content creators will not necessarily see or respond to your messages right away.
This is when voice messages can come in handy and ensure that they’re speaking to a real person who
cares about their success and has something useful and customizable to offer. As with everything else,
you should be coming up with your own voice messages suited to your personality that sound sincere,
ready, and upbeat! It should be relatively brief and yet encompassing and will sound something like this:

“Hey, this is ____! I’m an advisor with a social media marketing agency and our expertise is in taking
control of social media algorithms to help creators like yourself reach greater heights in their online
presence. I think your page looks great and you have a lot of potential for growth, especially with a few
simple tweaks that our company can make super easy for you! I’d love to connect you with my people and
our services and see how we can help you reach your goals with more likes, followers, comments, and
views. Hope to hear from you soon!”

“Hey, ____ here! What’s going on? It’s an absolute pleasure to connect, hope you’ve had a great week so
far. Love all the content that you’re putting out right now and I’m reaching out because I’m working with a
social media agency called Avramify and we help thousands of people grow their online brand right now by
increasing their credibility and also social exposure by ranking them on the hashtags they use, as well as
ranking them on explore pages. Pretty much, we’ll take you from 0 to 100 and I would love to send you

are entrepreneurs, independent artists, professionals and models. So if you feel that you’re serious about
your brand and really want to get out there and network with thousands of people and reach thousands of

Once again, this may not necessarily inspire a response. This is okay! Remember that until they tell you
explicitly to stop messaging them, shooting messages isn’t going to hurt anyone. It’s okay to keep
following up with them periodically (such as weekly/biweekly) unless they request otherwise. Make these
follow-up DMs brief, simple and considerate!

- “Hey, just checking in! What do you think about what I’ve shared with you so far?”
- “Hope you’re doing well! Just let me know if you’d like me to leave my offer behind, I completely
understand if you’re not interested.”

- “I realize you didn’t get the chance to answer me. Totally understandable, but I would love to know what
your goals are and what you’re thinking about our services!”
- “Hey, I noticed your last post and it was awesome, but I think we could help you make it explosive! Get
back to me if you want to see better performance for your content.”
- “What are your goals for your page and your reach on Instagram? I’d love to discuss how I can help you
achieve your potential on the platform!”

Furthermore, the client may not respond. If you have trouble coming up with personalized messages to
follow up with, which will happen quickly in all likelihood, start sending them offers. We’ve created some
standard texts detailing our prices and results that you can periodically send to your potential clients
without any hesitation. They may not respond quickly, they may not acknowledge you, but keep them on
your line by putting your face and your worth in front of them on a regular basis! Clients that you do this
with will remember you months down the line when they realize that they need what you have to offer.
You can send these messages often without worrying about it, unless the client asks you to stop. (Keep in
mind when sending speci c offers to keep the offer within the client’s likely price range. For instance, do
not send a Millionaire Session message to someone with a small account. Start in a median range and go
from there!)

clients’ posts, reply to their stories, keep following up and building relationships, and these connections
can turn into buyers weeks or months down the line!

Renewal

When a client’s subscription lapses without you receiving a notice from them, be sure to check in! It will
sound something like:

hope all is well. I wanted to let you know that your latest renewal didn’t process, so currently your
campaign is no longer active, meaning that we can’t continue to provide you with that consistent growth
until you renew. A stagnant account is a dying account so we want to be sure that you’re satis ed with
the results you’re getting from your online presence so far and if you need any adjustments to your
service that will aid you better!”
