    1) How can we avoid procrastination? Do explain step by step

    Here is some of the ways to avoid procrastinating. First is get organized because when you're organized,
    it gives you a more orderly and measured framework within which to work. Then, eliminate distraction.
    By limiting the number of distractions around you, you're more likely to get done what you need to do.
    Third is prioritize. Make sure you address the most critical or time-sensitive assignments first. Lastly,
    take a break.

    Leader need to have good communication skill to ease the leader deal with their team. Good
    communication skills can make professional relationship ,work motivation, productivity, reduced lost.
