SUBJECT : Request for Social Gathering of Female Cadets

DATE : March 2, 2023

1. Reference: Rule XXV of the Revised CCPNP Cadet Guide otherwise

known as the Maroon and Gold Book of the Academy.

2. This pertains to the social gathering which is an important part of

boosting the morale of Cadets especially the underclassmen. It is a tradition
addressed as “Females’ Time”, wherein Female Cadets and Female Tactical
Officers will be able to familiarize themselves to strengthen their bond and
relationship.

3. In line with the above mentioned, Female Cadets and Female Tactical
Officers get to perform by way of dancing, singing, and playing instruments as they
showcase their talents and skills. This also serves as a way of celebrating the
upcoming Graduation Rites of MASIDTALAK Class of 2023.

4. In this regard, the undersigned respectfully requests the conduct of the

said Social Gathering in the vicinity of Lakan 4, Female Dormitory on March 2, 2023
from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
