Part 1:

I live in a small town in An Giang. My house is located on the main road of the
town. My neighborhood is a peaceful area. There are no commercial buildings
or heavy traffic near my home, and I am very pleased because of this.
On the right side of my house is a supermarket where my mother and I usually
buy groceries. My neighbors' houses are on the left and back of my house.
The thing I like the most is that there is a football pitch right across the street, so
my friends and I can play football whenever we want.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my neighborhood, but there are no
entertainment services in my area. I think my neighborhood should have a
movie theatre or a shopping mall because the nearest one is 34 kilometers away.
This could improve the lives of our community.
I love my neighborhood, and I hope to make it a better place.

Part 2:
Yes, having a good relationship with neighbors is essential. Despite not having
the same beliefs and hobbies as each other, my family still behaves gently and
politely to avoid conflict with my neighbors.
It can be far more peaceful to live among neighbors that like and respect each
other, especially when they're living nearby. Respectful neighbors are less likely
to invade your space, be loud and rowdy, and make daily life less stressful.
Good neighbors watch out for each other and their property.
