II. REFERRAL QUESTION:

The client stated that lately, she experiences a reoccurring sudden burst of emotions and thoughts
with anxiety which resulted in dysfunction in her daily activities, particularly in work and academics. She
described it as a need to be in control of situations that she is included in, if not, she would be in low
spirits and tend to overthink things which led to her being unable to focus and unable to finish the task at
hand. Furthermore, the client’s mood is significantly affected by it to the point that she limits herself in
socializing with the people around her.
