First of all, in the managing conflict self assessment, it can be seen clearly that I am not really a competitive opponent in the contemporary market. Therefore, although I have a little bit quality of the forcers, I seriously agree that being the compromiser is more suitable for me as I am willing to be patient to encourage and convince the others. Moreover, I would like to be a compromiser in many cases, especially in controversials because I really realise that the less serious conflicts are, the more possitive opportunities happen, particularly in the way we have to innovate the new things, increase our creation and find solutions together to problems. The second thing that comes in my mind is the style of participation, the self assessment helps me to recognize that I am not a sociable person as a fully extrovert; however, I always ready for helping the others in the hard time and being the one who can help to relieve the stress in a specific team or group. From my perspective, I think that although those assessments bring a lot of benefits to me to figure out my personalities and characteristics, I will just appreciate the 8 out of 10. The reason for this is that I’m a really flexible person and these justification just right in some degree. On the other hand, I have to admit that I still lack a lot of experiences in the real situations so it will be very confusing for me when I have to face so many problems, but anyway I will try hard to improve my own skills and abilities.
